1. Great city center location, impeccably clean room, friendly and approachable staff

Loved the room’s vibe & cleanliness! 🌟 Location made exploring so easy. Breakfast was decent, but the milk charge felt a bit off. Had some minor maintenance issues too.

Clean place, staff was very hospitable and friendly. Booked single room, that was provided with fridge. The location was marvellous, close to Popa. Good access everywhere as a bus stop was close to the hotel.

The room had a decent atmosphere for a solo traveler. The location makes it easy to explore the city on foot.

Breakfast options were severely limited. If you order bread, expect just a single slice that's more akin to cardboard than anything appetizing. Wi-Fi connection issues, and asking guests to call a local number to re-enter the hotel after a night out feels off-putting.

Honestly no complaints. Very hospitable staff and little and amazing place. Very easy to get from Sofia airport, just 15 km...

every time in sofia, i choose this place. it's a boutique hotel with impeccably clean rooms. the location is favourable and fab, right by the center, close to a park and metro station and central attractions and nearby metro.

Location feels perfect, with easy access to the heart of Sofia. I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness. My room looked immaculate. The breakfast had some bright spots, like the croissants and yogurt, but ordering it was a hassle. I had to specify exact preferences and timing. Some staff proved friendly, particularly at the reception during check-in, but their training seemed lacking, especially during breakfast service. I encountered issues like inadequate breakfast selection and an unexplained charge for milk with my coffee. Housekeeping inconsistencies also surfaced. My room was only cleaned once . I liked the hotel, but operational details deserve attention for a smoother experience.

The carpet in my room had an unpleasant odor, and I noticed spider webs in corners, indicating housekeeping could use a solid boost in efficiency. Adding to the inconvenience, I dealt with inconsistent room cleaning, so the overall upkeep didn't quite match the cozy vibe I expected. Internet connectivity was hit or miss too, frustrating for staying connected. With all this, I can't say it was a stellar experience overall.

I really enjoyed my stay with the room being super clean and comfy, and daily towel changes were a nice touch. The cozy lounge and the inviting reading area made my downtime so relaxing. Just be aware that the breakfast choices were a bit limited, but overall, it was a lovely experience! 😊
